Wedding Itinerary

    • 8am - Surf & Sand Pool opens

      • If you are not staying at the Surf & Sand, please text someone in the wedding party when you arrive so we can walk you to the pool/beach. We encourage everyone to come hangout for the day!

    • 6pm - Group welcome

      • We will have a very informal welcome at the lobby terrace bar. Come say hello before the festivities begin!

    • 10pm - Drinks at Sandpiper Lounge

      • Wedding party will arrive between 10:00-10:30pm.

    • 8am - Surf & Sand Pool Opens

      • Since the wedding is taking place this evening, we expect less people at the pool, but we will still be reserving seats at 8. Again, we encourage everyone to come!

    • 8am-1pm - Bridal Party Makeup

      • Located in the conference room above the lobby

    • 2pm - Groomsmen Prep

      • Groomsmen will begin to get ready around 2pm.

    • 2pm - Futryk Family Photos

      • All family & wedding party members need to be ready to begin photos at 2pm

    • 3pm - Kaufman Family Photos

      • All family & wedding party members need to be ready to begin photos at 3pm

    • 4:30-4:45pm - Ceremony arrival.

      • Guests will congregate at the wedding terrace.

    • 5pm - Wedding Ceremony

      • Ceremony will run from 5-5:30pm and will immediately be followed by photos.

    • 6pm - Cocktail Hour

      • Located on the Terrace next to the ballroom, we will have live music, open bar, and hors d’oeuvres from 6pm-7pm.

    • 7pm - Wedding Reception

      • 7pm-11pm located in the main ballroom, we will dance with our live band, drink the bar dry, and party until they kick us out!
